IKF Skype chat board

To all members of the IFK.   I am Captain Jason Shown, Commanding Officer of the ICV Shiloh.   I have been appointed as Chief of Staff of the 2nd "Yo'Cha'" fleet.   I have made an IKF chat board on Skype, this is for all Fleet Commanding Officers, Ship Commanders, Sector commanders, XOs and chief of staffs.   We are trying to build up the IKF.
