Meeting Notes: IKV NasToj - 18 Jan 2014 - 19:00-01:00 HRS

Nancy Barin - Medical,
John Azzopardi - Cultural Anthropologist,
Thomas Schlegel - Engineering,
Vanessa Mancuso - Communications,
James Macintyre - Engineering Specialist,
Sophia Burns - Morale Officer(and halflings).
We started off with a promotion ceremony (pinning ceremony as both officers were promoted previously)
John Radle (K'jahnn) Promoted to rank of Captain sutai-
and
Nancy Barin (Zuhl) Promoted to Commander vestai-
We welcomed our newest Engineer James (Jim) Macintyre (who has no facebook - but should be on the forums soon) and had brought some VERY IMPRESSIVE working and non working props.
We also welcomed our new Morale Officer - a Green Oriion (Sophia Burns) who specializes in a great many things ranging from Belly-dancing, costuming and accessories, and the culinary arts...
We discussed our upcoming conventions:
Farpoint - Feb 14-16 - Crowne Plaza Baltimore North, Timonium, MD

LVCC - March 15th (Table)
Amazicon - April 4-6 - Essington, PA (Table)
Creation Con - April 25-27 - Cherry Hill, NJ
LVCC - May 10 - (Table - betleH Demo/ Launch party of the 'D')
LV Fan Fest - 3/31 Allentown, PA (Table)
Wizard World COmic Con - June 19 - 22 - Philly (Tables - DISPLAY)
That should be enough to start with for cons, there are more coming later in the year.
I put our name in the hat for the Upper Perkiomen Community Day - of which we will most likely get - an outdoor event in early/mid september.
Also, I will be putting our name in the hat for the Upper Perk Halloween parade 2/3 Sunday of October...
As you can see we have quite a year ahead of us, and that's just a partial list.
